C35 Staff have created a world-class, sports performance program of the highest caliber.
Our sports performance program is tailored to bring out the best in every competitor.
Participants in our program include men and women from across the competitive spectrum as well as young athletes that play football, baseball, lacrosse, softball, volleyball, soccer and a wide variety of other sports. C35 Sports Academy is a multifaceted facility offering player development programs in a wide variety of sports. The professional staff uses their knowledge, education, certifications, and experience to create a customizable plan for the athlete to excel in their abilities. The 16,000 sq/ft Academy is equipped with state of the art equipment to assist the athlete in gaining valuable skill-enhancing instruction programs and achieve their highest potential. The Academy has both indoor and outdoor facilities to accommodate the various sports and runs both group and individual sessions based on the desire of the athlete.
In addition to strength training and overall conditioning, we focus on body kinetics, coordination, agility, flexibility, foot speed and recovery. We continually measure outcomes and routinely do individual assessments, ensuring each participant is progressing and shows demonstrable results.
We have the pitchlogic by F5 Sports and Rhapsodo technology.
